Spain are designed to bring people together. We provide fully equipped, flexible homes
where digital nomads, remote workers, and international professionals live and grow as
a community.

Through shared spaces, curated events, and a strong sense of belonging, Globexs
fosters meaningful connections between people of all ages and backgrounds. We’re not
just a housing company — we are a people company, building a network of
open-minded individuals who believe in collaboration, respect, and shared experiences.

Our own team reflects this spirit: made up of people of all ages and nationalities, we
bring together a powerful mix of languages, cultures, and perspectives. Whether it's
English, Spanish, Dutch, French, or more — we speak your language and understand
your journey.

Through the Globexs Digital Nomad Program, residents can seamlessly move between coliving spaces in Valencia, Madrid, and Alicante-Elche without incurring additional agency fees. This flexibility allows for a dynamic living experience, enabling residents to explore different cities while maintaining a consistent living standard.

All-Inclusive, Move-In Ready Accommodations

Globexs coliving spaces are fully furnished and equipped, including bedlinen, towels, and weekly linen changes. Residents benefit from shared coworking spaces with free coffee and printing services. Additionally, common areas are cleaned weekly by a professional cleaning company, and residents have the option to hire professional cleaning for their personal rooms.

Professional Management and Support

Each coliving space is managed by a dedicated community manager responsible for practical arrangements and enforcing house rules. Residents have direct access to the community manager and an emergency contact number, ensuring a well-maintained and supportive living environment.
