Clients of Globexs are automatically a member of the Globexs Community. That means that everybody that rents a Globexs apartment or a space in one of our colivings automatically joins the community. Of course, everybody decides his/her level of involvement in the community.

All-Inclusive, Move-In Ready Accommodations
Globexs coliving spaces are fully furnished and equipped, including bedlinen, towels, and weekly linen changes. Residents benefit from shared coworking spaces with free coffee and printing services. Additionally, common areas are cleaned weekly by a professional cleaning company, and residents have the option to hire professional cleaning for their personal rooms.
Professional Management and Support
Each coliving space is managed by a dedicated community manager responsible for practical arrangements and enforcing house rules. Residents have direct access to the community manager and an emergency contact number, ensuring a well-maintained and supportive living environment.
